Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise outsourced housekeeping teams across various locations to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff adherence to hospitality best practices and company standards.
Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet operational goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all sites.

Monitor inventory and manage supplies to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing outsourced teams in multiple locations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of industry-standard cleaning protocols and safety regulations.
Experience in developing and maintaining operational processes and manuals.
Exceptional communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
