The Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Junior Customer Support to act as a key point of contact for our guests.

This role is central to ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth communication, and consistently high service standards across our portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

Act as the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.

Manage guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution with a luxury service mindset.

Support the management team with updates, reporting, and day-to-day operational communication.

Ensure service standards, response times, and brand tone are consistently met.

Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving internal service processes.

Who You Are:

Clients are your DNA (mandatory).

+2 years of experience in hospitality, customer support, guest relations, or luxury services. (Mandatory)

Available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (mandatory).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm and professional approach.

Team player, eager to learn and grow comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously.

Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.

Comfortable using digital tools and operational systems (Excel / CRM experience is a plus).

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
